The store clerk was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Also, when I asked questions about a product, he was able to explain clearly. Your store is very clean and I enjoy the live bird camera feed.

I didn't actually call in the order... the question only offered 2 choices: online or phone... I was a walk-in. Everything went well; the staff was clean, courteous, polite, and helpful.
