The staff member was friendly, smart, totally cool. The staff member was patient as I tried to figure which one to buy. The store looked and felt the same as ever; i started with them across from Hullar's, thought I'd never felt the same, and this place may even be a little nicer. Keep flyin'

The staff is friendly. The service is prompt. The items I want are available. The web site lets me know what is available for purchase. The instore experience is wonderful but in these times of pandemic I appreciate the curbside or delivery service for my comfort (older in risk category) and to keep the birds fed.

Great product selection. Staff was very interesting to speak with as well as enjoying our birding experiences. It's fun to shop in that kind of environment.
