Matt knows a lot about birds, and he is friendly and nice

Matt was very upbeat and friendly, despite the trying times. I asked him about a previous order. He quickly found it and recommended a different bird seed blend to better fit our needs. When I picked up the order, it was clearly marked with my name and located exactly where Matt described. We drive 30 minutes to shop in Matt's store because the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the product selection is broad and interesting.
