I rely on Matt Kosty's expertise when deciding, for example, which feeder fits my circumstances best. I live in Vermont, and the WBU Fayettville store is my "local" store. It's online presence is indispensable because there is not a WBU presence near Burlington. I receive orders promptly, and they are packaged with great care.

I called the store not really expecting it to be open. The person was helpful, explaining the new procedures. I told him what I wanted, he took my credit card info (& also coupon info). My finch feeder & receipt was waiting in front of the store when I arrived. I got what I wanted (plus $10 off w/coupon!) and social distancing was respected.

The owner of the store was extremely helpful and accommodating. He partially assembled my bird feeding system for me, and he spent time clearly explaining to me how to set it up. This is the kind of service that makes me shop at a retail store instead of ordering on-line. It's not all about price. It's too bad more brick and mortar stores don't understand that.

To be able to call, place an order and be able to pick up curbside is great my birds really appreciate being able to stay on their diet! When I call it is almost as Matt remembers me before he even ask, who it is, in today's world the personal connection means a lot. I hope you can keep up what you doing!

The gentleman on the phone was very knowledgeable regarding the eliminator bird feeder, it works great to keep the squirrels out. The Fayetteville store people are very friendly and offer super customer service!!
