The sales associate, future librarian, was extremely helpful, honest, and friendly.

Store was attractive and laid out nicely. Appeared to have everything I might be interested in buying. As an online buyer, its nice to see and touch what I might buy.

The staff were warm, friendly and highly intelligent about the products. It was such an enjoyable experience for me with completely organized items, cleanliness, not dusty but sparkling clean. Since I couldn’t find what I was looking for your staff went above and beyond to find it using computer and telephone calls. These people are a definitely an asset to your store.

I didn't realize the amount of items available for wild birds. The products were unique and "fun". I especially like the fact that your store and employees really care about wild birds.

They did not have in store. They were very happy to order what I was looking for. Had it with in a week. Let me know as soon it was in and had it set a side for me. Great store
