The staff is always friendly and helpful. I am not a serious birder, I just enjoy year round feeding and the different varieties of birds who seasonally visit. The staff always answers my questions and are willing to discuss ways to improve the experience for me and the birds. The store was very busy on Friday, Nov 29, and the staff could not have been more helpful.

Everyone is always helpful and friendly. The selection of merchandise is fantastic. I like the selection of other type of merchandise that is offered.

Matt, the owner was on the sales floor helping answering questions making suggestions and very pleasant. The sales staff at check out was positive and enjoys her job. Love supporting small business owners in our area. Prices were compatible and if there is a problem they are more than willing to help solve it. My husband will be excited Christmas morning to find I have added to our collection of poles and feeders.
