The staff is always available and very knowledgeable The supplies are always there except for a little while the Plain Suet was sold out. Overall a great store, very helpful and frienldy.

Except for the store not having any Bark Butter on hand ( the bunny loves it!) we love shopping here. Wide variety of feeders to consider too. And we love talking with Matt, very knowledgeable! Learned a lot from him.

The staff members really spend time helping advise me, the customer. The advice they give is outstanding. They help me save money by informing me of coupons, membership advantages, and when sales are on. The manager is a wealth of information and help, with all sorts of support, including programs and networking in the community. Love the store. It is a blessing for birds.
