The staff has always be knowledgeable and friendly. They are always ready to assist you and answer your questions. The store is always clean and they have great merchandise.

I like the look of the interior of the store. The presentation of the products is attractive. The number of products and quality of them are good. I can find some out-of the-ordinary products at that store that I can't find elsewhere.

We shop there regularly for bird seed, peanuts, etc. I bought a suet feeder like one we have, to give as a gift. The salesperson recognized me and actually remembered my first name when I told her the surname. I was most impressed! Service is always great and we love buying gifts at that store as well as our own supplies.
