The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Not to mentions, I did in fact get to meet an owl! On my first ever visit!! The man that helped me knew exactly what I needed, and the woman that checked me out was super personable and charming.

The staff there are friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging without being overbearing. And they host the most interesting events: lectures, bird walks, booths at local events. I love that! So I'm not only getting high-quality products that help me see birds in my yard, I'm learning a lot more about them, too.

Betty, one of the Wild Bird expert representatives, waited on us as soon as we entered the store. She listened to our concerns about lack of birds at our bird feeders and recommended 2 different types of birdseed to try. We are in the process of experimentation and will let Betty know the results. The entire store was laid out well and was very clean... and the professionalism of Betty represented the store very well..we will recommend this store....thank you
