Hadn't visited store in quite some time (live outside the county). Saw WBU at Home & Garden Show... was greeted warmly there...made the effort to visit store ...Def will be back and have already told others of the great mdse and how great my visit was....

Personable staff, knew the products, presentation of the store

The staff are always welcoming and helpful. The merchandise is attractively displayed. There are always fun things to view and the most extensive selection of feed and feeders. It is a great store.

Ordered 2 bird seed cylinders online. The order was personally delivered by your employee Hannah Phillips. She then assisted with binoculars and by bird calls in identifying birds at my feeders and in trees.

I have been purchasing items from this store for many years. Love the staff and merchandise!

Always great service

Have loved this store since it first opened! The staff is ALWAYS friendly, attentive , and knowledgeable about the products. One of my favorite "Happy Places" to go in Lexington!

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and asked what I was interested in. I told the sales person, and she went right away to get the bags of bird seed I wanted. I picked out the suet cakes I wanted. I was referred right away to the cashier, who applied my discount. Another staff person brought my purchases to my car, and I was on my way. I appreciate the efficiency!

The staff helped me identify several species that I feed and pointed out a book on the birds of Kentucky which I bought. I was directed to the correct feeder for the feed I wished to use. We look forward to many more visits. We found y’all at the Home Show.
