I'm new to suet feeders. The employees helped me choose a style that was best for my situation and budget. I've also enjoyed the inexpensive native plants. i've taken a pair of 2 different species home and they're doing great.

I love visiting my local WBU store. I've met wonderful interesting people there among the staff to share my love of birds with and to learn from. The store itself is kind of a sparkling little jewel in an otherwise fairly standard little strip of stores. It grabs your attention and draws you in from the moment you see it--and you DO see it, because of the magnificent variety of birds they attract to their array of feeders on a relatively small area of grass in an otherwise heavily paved area. Once you're inside, it's just a lovely little haven filled with super merchandise (and good advice) that makes your enthusiasm for birds, for feeding them and for learning more about them, just bubble up. And there are lovely little gifts to discover, too. I always spend a bit more than intended, and I have never regretted it. It's the kind of welcoming place that makes you forget the hustle and bustle of everyday cares and reminds you about what's really important in life.

The WBU shop is a pleasure to visit. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It’s my favorite shop in town.

In addition to being friendly & welcoming they were very knowledgeable. We just moved here from another state and they were helpful in choosing the right birdseed for birds I’m not familiar with. The owner also informed me of upcoming bird walks and talks.
