The staff always acknowledge patrons as they enter. The store always looks clean and inviting. The merchandise is always neatly displayed and easy to access. Staff is knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions about types of food and what birds you'd like to attract. For example, we were using nyjer in our finch feeder and not attracting the desired Goldfinches. We asked a staff member what to do and he suggested the finch feed selection and said they loved it. We are so grateful, as they line up to get on the feeder now! Plus, downy woodpeckers, house finches and chickadees also use that feeder.

Cora at the Lexington, Ky store was extremely helpful to me. We used to live in Lexington and moved to Tn two years ago. There isn't a store close to where I live so I will be placing my orders with her whenever I need to replenish.

I love Betty at the Lexington store. She is so knowledgeable of birds. I always ask her about her knowledge about birds because I know nothing. Honestly, I ask all of the staff at WBU and each associate gives me wonderful advice. I go there every other week to buy bird seed and I always enjoy my birds on my porch.
