They always have what I want in bird seed.

It's the only place I can get items I want for the birds in my backyard. No place carries the extensive inventory that WBU carries. I know I'm getting quality items and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes I just stop in there for the peaceful atmosphere..... One of my favorite places!

The store is beautiful, a delight to the senses. Store is clean, staff is right there to help, always fast on checkout. products are wonderful. My creatures eat the best!

Sally had answered my phone call the day before and spent quite a while helping me decide what I wanted. She convinced me to come to the store to see and try the different options. She was an immense help with my purchase. She and the other staff were most friendly and helpful. I felt very much at home there.

The people are so friendly and knowledgeable. Just walking around in the store is so relaxing! It's like a special garden!
