I told the staff about my squirrel buster feeder that was broken by squirrels - I thought I would have to buy a new one. The staff said to bring mine in and they could fix it. I brought it back that day and in less than 5 minutes it had been repaired. I was amazed and very pleased!

The customer service is superb! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable about the products. The helpfulness of helping load bags of seed was greatly appreciated!

When we got to the store, it had already closed, but while we were sitting in the parking lot several cats pulled in. I asked if they were opening up again but they weren’t. They were bringing things back from an event. However, one young gentleman offered to let me come in & purchase some seed. I thought this was extremely nice & thoughtful. He made my day!

Every time I walk into Wild Birds I feel like Norm from Cheers. Everyone welcomes me— often in unison. Lol. It’s a beautiful store and it makes me want to buy everything, which I almost have.
