I've shopped here for many years. I always love to browse and almost always find things to buy that I hadn't planned on. Everyone is very friendly, helpful but not intrusive. Plus the fact that they sell items that are FairTrade, organic, from the Cornell Lab of Ornithology (an organization I support) makes me feel I'm in the right place.

The employees are knowledgeable and fun to be around. The atmosphere of the store is always upbeat and there are lots of interesting gift ideas. The store is immaculate.

Staff is very knowledgable and very helpful. Store is dedicated to bird feeding therefore there is no searching isle after isle for bird feeding products. I appreciate being around other customers who share similar appreciation of birds and other wildlife connected to birds. Bird seeds are much higher quality than other stores offer.

Always enjoy seeing the employees! Have been using pickup as well as a few in person visits.

I have been shopping this store for 3 years and I know the staff and they are ALL so friendly, professional and always offer to carry my purchases to the car. Every time I am there I have questions for them about my birds and they always have an answer. I love going there and spending time....

sO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL ON THE PHONE. Suggested savings I was not aware of. Son picked up my purchases with no problems. Bodes well for future pick ups by him. Also called about Woodpecker issue my new neighbor is having. Resolution very timely and satisfactory. They also bought feeders and supplies for "their" woodpecker family. A win all around!
