The atmosphere is always welcoming, the staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful, products displayed well...really, it's just all good!

The store had what I wanted, the staff was friendly and I was in and out quickly.

The staff really know about birds and the WBU merchandise options. I asked for advice on a new feeder, and bought one. Also got good advice on which seeds to buy. Always enjoy talking with folks in your store!

I ordered the refill for our birdfeeder and hoped it would get to us by the weekend and our package arrived by Tuesday or Wednesday !!!!

I had a problem with the way birds were throwing food out of my feeders. The staff listened to the problem and recommended a solution. I brought the adapter home and it has worked very well. I plan to buy a second one for my neighbor. I am very cautious about in-person shopping with the Covid epidemic picking up again. All of the staff were properly masked and maintained safe distance.
