Jessica Saltur is the greatest asset of the store. She knows me by name when I arrive and remembers everything I usually purchase. She is also wonderful about suggestions for feed and systems I have not previously tried. Could not be happier!!

I apologize for not remembering the name of the employee who helped me but she was very friendly and professional. She gave me a good recommendation on food and a lot of information on the behavior of the birds in my yard. She also gave me a copy of the hobby magazine which I really enjoyed.

One item was not stocked. I asked if was available and the staffer bagged the product from a larger quantity bag. Service always superb and love the knowledge base.
