The ladies who assisted my sister and me were lovely. They were knowledgeable and proactive in that they gave me a coupon to use upon my next visit where they are sure I will be making a large purchase. And because of this gesture, I will!

It is always the great help I get! The products are beautiful, well made, slightly expensive but considered an investment. Barb was the best! Anyone who knows that cardinals like to eating facing the food is amazing to me! Wonderful experience to be with you.

The staff always has answers to my questions. They are always cheerful and helpful. There is a great variety of birding items to look at. The staff never tries to hurry me out of the store.
