Wild Birds Unlimited

I don't know much about the birds in my area and how to keep them fed. Cathy helped me tremendously to understand what I was buying and for which type of local bird!

Staff is extremely helpful and has a great amount of knowledge on their products and what best would suit our needs.

Brian was very knowledgable. He helped me get the bird food I came in the store to get and also in talking to me, helped me choose 2 new bird feeders with food to add to my yard. It took the birds several days to get used to the new feeders, but now they love it!It is refreshing to go into Wild Birds Unlimited and have staff who are passionate about the birds and passing that passion on to customers.

Love this store and keep coming back for the last two years. Friendly and knowledgeable staff have helped establish a great bird population in our back yard.

The entire staff is very knowledgeable and VERY friendly. It's always a joy to shop at this store!

I had a problem with a product you sell and one sales lady figured out what to do. Another sales lady had a solution for another problem. Unfortunately you checked but are unable to order a hat in my husband's size. We did get a courtesy call on that. We do not leave in the Ponte Vedra area and return rarely to the store. Therefore, I am not in your club.

How to begin? Staff knowledgeable, friendly, and made good alternative suggestions for our wants. Came home and everything went together without a hitch.
