The cheerful staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They are always attentive to my particular needs. I never feel rushed; they spend as much time with me as I need. It is fun and enlightening to shop there.

Our sales person, Cathleen, was very knowledgeable and a great tour guide. She is well familiarized with the merchandise, and more importantly, birds and their behavior.

The sales people are bird lovers and very knowledgeable. They are e voted as I am when I show them the photos of my baby bluebirds in their nest.

Jolene and Brian and all of their staff always make me feel so very welcome and my business appreciated. My dogs are welcome to shop with me at the store and are also welcomed. Makes for great shopping! Their feed selections are complete. I wish their corn on the cobs were less expensive and their gifts not quite so expensive but I do purchase both at times. I would like for my Bird Bucks to transfer to both of their stores in the Jacksonville area instead of good at earning and spending at only one.
