I usually am. I just ran in and out, quickly. Was in a hurry, didn't socialize like I usually do.

I was satisfied.

As we were just getting started with backyard bird feeding we wanted to keep things simple and inexpensive. At times we felt like we were being upsold. But our salesperson did mention that she was trying to get us into a system that would enable us to start small and expand later if desired. We were pleased that we were given a complimentary bag of suet pellets and a sample of mealworms. We overall were pleased with our first visit to the store and will come back for our future feeder and feed needs.

The cost adds up quickly; I can’t purchase everything that catches my eye. I just buy bird seed… how excited am I suppose to get?

Not Wild Birds specific really its just that the price on all products are going up substantially and I was taken by surprise a little by the extreme cost increase on the seed I bought

We had to throw out a good deal of seed because sadly, we weren’t getting many visitors to our feeder and for awhile stopped filling them. We had not been in for some time and in the interim our $10 coupon expired in August. I asked if we could still use our coupon, in November and was told I couldn’t. I have to say it was a very diplomatic refusal and did not offend me in any way. We live on the Northside of Jacksonville and it’s no short trip to the beaches. But, my husband mentioned maybe we should just shop on our side of town. I love your store and must say it was the best I’ve ever seen it in all the years we’ve been your customers.

No reason I love going in the store and looking at all the neat things for wildlife

It was just a routine purchase of bird seed.
