You were out of two items we had wanted to buy as a gift for a friend.

The store was clean and the merchandise nicely displayed. Too many salespeople...couldn't take a step without someone asking if they could help. Sometimes you just want to look. Even after stating that still was asked multiple times in a very short visit to the store.

Not your fault. Squirrels jumped 8 ft to our feeder and ate all the seed. We don’t have a good place to hang the feeder in our current yard.

Your store always smells of stale tobacco smoke. Can’t you please do something about this disgusting smell?

It was a good shopping experience but not over the moon. The store is somewhat overcrowded and hard to browse.

I only buy my seed at this store and location. I did not come in time for my birthday coupon and quite frankly I was surprised they didn’t offer it to me as I only shop there. I think I have only used 1 coupon in the past 4 years.

Most importantly the price of the item was very high compared to what I would have paid to buy it online, which is what I would have done except that I needed it immediately. I bought a spotting scope. The two staff members I worked with didn't know much about it. But, they were extremely pleasant and enthusiastic, and, together we figured it out.

Makes my birds very happy. Quality of bird seed is excellent. No left overs!!!👏

When it came time to check out, staff seemed more interested in helping others instead of finishing the sale
