The stock of birdseed was a bit low. They had either 20 lb bags or 5 lb bags. I guess that is the sign of the times lately with the pandemic

Hard to maintain social distance in a small store.

Store too small and crowded. Prices too high.

Other retail facilities has wiped down the keyboard before and after I've pushed the PIN number. I recommend all store do that..... Thank you for asking.

Suet ring refills were not in stock.I was told it was a holiday item and thus it was not available. When I purchased 2 of the ring with the duet in December I was not told it was only a “seasonal “ item. No effort was made by your store personal to find them in your supply chain or in the internet. No good customer service.

The quality of the product and ease with which to put it together is good. The pricing is a bit steep. The other thing is the staff asked me about a membership but did not tell me how much it costs. I found that out when I looked at my receipt when I got home. They should tell you up front.

Truthfully, I did not know what I really wanted. This was a group gift for friends hosting a weekend getaway. I did know what would work on their property. I hope they will be pleased and we will have a "all hands on deck" to put the feeder together and find a perfect place for it. I had a budget in mind, and I mentioned that price was a factor. I spent over $260. A bit over my intended budget.

I love the store and the service but I find the items very expensive.

With the products that I bought, I was not told about another part I needed and I had to go to the other store for help.

They did not have the coupon of 20% off available.
