At the time of our last visit ( not the recent one this past week ) Brian said he would look into why we were not given a discount. Never heard back and figured it would be addressed by the time of our next visit. I did not even think about it ,as I checkeou his last time, but when I reached home and my wife asked if I had received the discount, I recalled our previous conversation with Brian. I called the store and spoke with the employee that had helped me earlier. She said that she could not do anything until she related the question to Brian. No word since .

A gentleman greeted us at the door. Asked what we needed and took it to the counter. He never smiled, wasn't sure about the 20% discount I told him about and asked if I had the coupon. Fortunately there was another person near the back who knew about the discount. Everything else was fine.

I’ve been there several times, so I knew what to expect. There was a little confusion about my name to fine a previous account info. It was no big deal, as my husband and I have 2 different last names.

I am a long time customer. I purchased birdseed and suet. I got home a checked my e-mail and there was an e-mail from Wild Birds saying members could get a free calendar. Well no one offered me one. Thanks.

I'm a LONG time customer and know my birds OK and I was chatting up the ladies about our Orioles and how they eat millet and the youngest gal was arguing with me about what orioles eat - and i wasn't even talking with her. she INTERJECTED that orioles WILL NOT eat millet. uh, they do, but i'm sorta tired of arguing with folks these days - i told her "thank you"

The Checkout procedure is absurdly long. I hate going to the store because the time it takes to checkout is 10x as long as it takes to get my merchandise. I honestly avoid going until I have no choice.

I am a member and shop the store regularly even though it is a 30 minute drive. at my recent visit I forgot to bring the Fathers Day 20% discount coupon with me. I asked to be given the discount anyway and was refused. I think this is poor customer service.

I only shop this place for birdseed. My coupon was 1 day late. I asked when they were mailed out- I seem to have a window of maybe a week before I go in. I don’t believe I have ever been able to use my coupon. I think you need a customer appreciation policy. I have been frustrated by this before and never complained. Also- they were out of the large bag- which is what we get, so I had to get smaller one.
