The last three 20 lb bags of black oil sunflower seeds were of poor quality, developing webs and worms before the bag was used. I told the staff on the second purchase and thy said it must have been older stock, but the third bag appeared to be ok. It was not. When I returned and told them of the third bag with worms I was told the seeds don’t have preservatives and the sunflower seeds weren’t any worse than other seed in the store. I’ve been buying seed from this store ever since they opened and have never encountered this problem with any seed, much less sunflower seed. No attempt was made to reimburse me for the bad seed or even an apology for selling me the seed. I will not go back.

After nearly 16 yrs. of being a customer at your stores ,I am done . I have been buying Your 20 # bag of " CHOICE BLEND " bird seed for most of those years. I believe that when I started , it was around $ 22.00 a bag . It has continued to go up and up and I paid $ 39.00- the other day,for the last time . I will go to Lowe's or Home depot and pay$20.00 for a bag of sunflower seeds .

I bought the spicy bird fee in order to keep squirrels aways from my bird feeders. The problem is it is keeping away the birds too. I haven't had one bird at my bird feeders since I added the spicy bird feed. :-(

I visited the store at Jacksonville Beach and asked the salesperson to help me place an order for delivery to Austin, Texas. She was clearly not knowledgeable about placing an online order for a delivery to a different state. We left without making a purchase. I went home and got onto the Wild Birds Unlimited website and realized how easy it was to place an order for delivery to my daughter in Texas.

Woman behind counter was very unfriendly. Customers in front of me chose not to wear masks. Which is ok, but they kept turning in my direction and coming closer while talking. Watched staff working with another customer and were within 12-18 inches of the customer who was unmasked.

I bought a bird feeder and feed to replace an existing feeder which the birds like but is rusting. None of my regular birds will use the new plastic feeder and are totally disinterested in the "high price" seed columns that I bought even though I followed the instructions from the staff on how to switch birds to new feeder. So a big waste of $80.

Birds are not eating from my bird feeder. I don’t know what I am doing wrong. Birds and squirrels have stopped coming. I have seen maybe one bird come but not come back . I have loosened the tension quite a bit. My daughter and I are both surprised. Can you suggest something? I really want the birds to come and I spent more than I wanted to spend so I am pretty frustrated at this point. I love your shop. It is not you or your shop it is the bird feeder I purchased.

I am not sure why I am being asked this question. To my knowledge I did not indicate any dissatisfaction with my visit. Your store and your personnel are extremely accommodating.
