It’s a great store with great staff. My only complaint is a recent shortage of feeders that fit the narrower seed cones. The feeder most commonly sold for the narrow seed cones has a faulty connector between the body of the feeder in the top. That connector bands easily and then the feeder falls apart.

New to bird feeding and having squirrels in the area, we were guided to the correct feeder and it was even put together for us. We were also guided in the type of food to try for a first time and led to purchasing a smaller bag to try, instead of a big bag, which may not have bee the correct choice.
