Mike welcomed me in the store, as he was expecting me because I’d called earlier with lots of questions! He was very patient and explained all my options with the feeder pole I bought. And I had lots of questions!

The merchandise I had to buy. There was different choices I could use if they said they were going to do something they did it. And they like my little dog lol

The Jax Beach staff are super friendly, genuine and seem like Happy employees. I particularly enjoy the audio chirping of the birds because if feels like I am out in my back yard, which is my place of Peace and Serenity. Kudos to the store managers for selecting such a nice team of employees- they actually seem to naturally team Very Well.

Great service. A very cheerful place. So much fun to find gifts for likeminded friends. One day I opend bird feed and it was full of mold and live worms. The told me exactly what to do. They carried all my bird bags to the car. The explained all the various feeds and what I needed. Also, I received a gift card. Thanks.
