Friendly, welcoming environment and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful and clean.

Staff is ALWAYS responsive and quick to educate if I have any concerns. Disappointed though that they don't always carry the product I usually buy and not sure if they will receive it in the future.

I appreciated the nice notecard that was in the package when I received it. It was well-packed and arrived quickly. My birds and I are happy. :-)
