I took in a very old Wild Birds Unlimited tube feeder with a broken tube. I seemed to remember it having a lifetime guarantee, and asked William, the employee who approached me, about it. He said he had the broken parts in stock and could fix it while I waited. A few minutes later he brought out my old, beat-up feeder in a completely refurbished condition -- good for another few years! He answered all my questions about their cool, no-mess seed cylinder feeders and even gave me a free bark butter feeder and bark butter with my Daily Savings Club membership. An excellent shopping experience!
