Marcia helped me when I came in the store a couple weeks ago and answered a lot of questions. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I am changing layouts of feeders, etc. When I came back to make a purchase of multiple items, she was great again. Pleasurable experiences, and I’m making the birds happy too. Yea!

I placed an order for Classic Feeder Trays but didnt know at the time what they were called or what size I needed. Because I am a returning customer, Marcia looked me up, found my previous order for feeder trays, and I placed an order for 4. My order was delivered to my home, much to my surprise and delight. Marcia was most helpful and pleasant to deal with. She went the extra mile to get what I needed. She is definitely a keeper.

This store is almost 30 miles from my home, but the team ALWAYS makes it worth the drive. Absolutely everyone is friendly and knowledgeable about the products. If someone doesn’t know the answer, then the next person does. I am addressed by name and always made to feel as if I’m only customer. This is a franchise that I would love to own one day!
