Jessica was very knowledgeable and gave me tips for using the suet cakes to make them more appealing to the birds. Worked!!! Really appreciate the warm friendly environment.

Knowledgeable, courteous staff. The items I needed were available. I also ordered some parts that I requested. William Hoeck also researched some parts I needed for some squirrel baffles;found them and ordered four for me; going the "extra mile" is most appreciative; to top it all off He delivered them and the seeds I had ordered.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Love looking at the new merch and watching the live bird cams.

We always get a friendly greeting. The staff are helpful but not pushy. We love this store because they take their time, answer all our questions and assist with taking our purchases out to our car, if they are to heavy, there is always an offer to help, no matter what.
