Always have what I need plus willing to share experiences with types of food, types of birds seen and problems with squirrels!

William helped me. He was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about the birds in my area and what type of feed was appropriate. His passion was contagious. What a lovely young man!

Always great service and quality bird feed

The salesperson, Marcia (?) was extremely helpful but never pushy. She showed me options but did not try to convince me to choose any particular option or even to buy anything at all. Talking with her was like talking with a friend--interesting and enjoyable. If I have her name wrong, you can probably identify her since she only works Monday and Tuesday at the Jax Beach, FL store.

I received the expertise and merchandise I was seeking. The staff was extremally patient and helpful to insure that all my questions and concerns were covered. In that I am elderly, I truly appreciate the staff putting my purchases in my vehicle. Great Job.
