I visited the store several days in a row. I was helped by a number of employees. All of them answered all of my questions and made suggestions for some of the gifts I was looking for. I wanted two chickadee/wren houses but they only had one in stock. Jessica and Donna went above and beyond the call of duty to find a second house for me. They found one at a different store and Brian brought it to me. Jessica also attached the mounting equipment to all three houses that I purchased. Donna gift wrapped a gift that was difficult to wrap. No telling what I would have done to it. Rich helped me with a cylinder feeder and showed me different seed cylinders and how I could use them. Brooke got in on the checking out and she was fast and efficient. Everyone was cheerful and it was a fun shopping experience.

The staff come to meet/greet you as you come in the store. They asked if this was my 1st visit (no) stated the sale/new items and said they'd be happy to answer any questions. When I bought a finch feeder they reminded me of the niger seed
