Great customer service! Love that everyone that works there is so knowledgeable about anything and everything bird-related! My only negative is the price of most items……it’s a bit expensive in comparison to other places.

My birds love the food I buy and it’s a great value. I always receive it in a timely manner as well. I’m also able to let them know what else I would like and they gladly place an order for me :)
