One time we had an issue with an inexperienced salesperson when we came to curbside. We did not order in advance. He did not know his merchandise and there were a number of cars waiting. He seemed to be the only one working. Bad experience curbside not ordering in advance

Very knowledgeable staff, great recommendations, and what I believe will be good, long lasting products. Also, the birds in my back yard seem to be going crazy over the bird seed selection and suet.

The assistant, the youngest person there, was exceptionally helpful! She knew the answers to alllll my questions and was able to collect my order in good time. Had a great smile and personality.
