It was a wonderful experience from the minute we walked through the doors. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and were very knowledgeable about all of the merchandise that they offered. They listened to what we wanted and made appropriate suggestions on what type of feeder would work best for our garden and our birds. So nice to be in a store where people genuinely care about service - we shall definitely return and be lifelong customers :)
