Staff are very friendly. Staff is very knowledgeable about the products and educate me every time I come in. Management willing to offer deals whenever possible. Staff use the products they sell.

I always receive exceptional customer service from Brian, Joline and the staff. I only purchase seed from WBU and look to them for recommendations on feeders, accessories, and gifts. Although a DSC member, the occasional coupons are nice to encourage additional visits.

I love to watch the birds in my backyard, so giving them quality food is very important. I have 2 poles with multiple feeders. The staff is super helpful to advise me on feeders and the right type of food for the season
