The staff had a wealth of knowledge. They were not aggressive or pushy. Everyone was very helpful.

Brian and Jolene Bidwell who own this location are totally amazing. They go out of their way to help you get the correct items. I enjoy so much shopping on this store. They care about each individual and spend as much time as needed with each person.

The store itself is pleasing to the eyes and ears when you enter. The staff are very personable and knowledgeable. They have a very nice selection of seed and feeders. And I love the cute garden accessories.

Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond with great patience to make sure that I found exactly what I needed. Was so friendly with the 4 year old little boy that I had with me. I returned later that week to purchase the book that the employee read to him while I was checking out. I am enthralled with this store and am so glad I chose to shop here locally and will return and spread the word about this amazing and lovely store! Its a little tight walking around some of the displays but they have done a great job placing things so they are easy to see and get to.
