I really like the Wild Birds Unlimited store at Jacksonville Beach because of the staff. Additionally, I like the variety of Bird feeders and the Bird Feed. The last and the best part, is that when i visit your store, i am promptly greeted!!!! Thanks

The staff is very friendly and professional and have a wonderful knowledge of the product they sale..... Love the atmosphere as the employees really seem to enjoy their job and sharing it with the public... Don't know how your prices compare to other stores as we found out about ya'll through our friends up in Snellville Ga and we haven't been to another store....Merry Christmas and may ya'll have a blessed and happy New Year..

ample parking, easy in easy out, always plenty of bags of seed, I buy 4 bags at a visit and there is always help to carry it out, pleasant staff

I was greeted when I entered the store. As I shopped, there were plenty of people there ready and able to answer my questions. My plan was to get a simple wood birdhouse for bluebirds, but I had no idea there were so many considerations. I ended up purchasing a "forever" birdhouse with a pole and stand plus lots of free advice. I don't usually say I had fun spending money, but in this case it's the truth!

I love WBU stores. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. As a veteran, I've shopped locations in WI, MN, IL, WA, VA and now Florida and find their service and merchandise to be very consistent. I'm a customer for life!

Joline and Brian are super friendly and helpful. The entire is always smiling and eager to help. I have never shopped for bird food or feeders anywhere else in the past nor would I in the future.
