Sales rep Rich was very helpful. Owner Brian was also helpful and helped me figure out how to use feeders I already had so I didn't have to replace them. This makes me a loyal customer, since I know I'm dealing with honest people who, like me, just want to feed the birds!

We stop at the Wild Birds Unlimited store to replenish our supply of bird seed when we are in the area for scheduled appointments at the Mayo Clinic. We live over two hours away. We have always been highly satisfied with the the staff, product and store in general.

Staff helped me put together the supplies I needed to have my bird feeder on my deck. Gave me advice on how to keep the squirrels and raccoons away, what food to get, advantage of joining the club.

The quality of your product is outstanding. Just ask the birds in my back yard. They love your bird food. The staff has always been very friendly. They welcome you each time and make you feel highly valued.

The store is attractive and I love looking at all the merchandise. I love my yard and feeding the birds. Staff is very knowledgeable, since they taught me about mealworms I have more birds. If I was rich I would buy everything in the store!
