The staff is always friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I love this store, and enjoy talking to the staff about the birds I see and will see. I recently took advantage of the feederscape they offer and will use all the information given. I only wish there was a store closer to me.

The staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming, when I enter the store. The products I am looking for are always available. The products, such as bird houses and feeders, along with mounting poles and hardware, are invariably high quality. Lastly, the ease of cleaning feeders is enhanced by built-in spring loaded clips at top and bottom.
