This store has extremely friendly and knowledgeable employees. I almost always am greeted by the owner, which is very unusual, and quite nice!

I had questions based on my situation and the type of birds we have been visiting. The associate was very knowledgeable and sold me a product that was less than I thought I needed.

i was convinced the bears had destroyed my bird feeder; there were too many broken pieces. i went to the store to buy a new one and was told they could probably fix it; I should bring it in and let them look at it. I brought it in but still not convinced. I got a call the next morning; it was fixed and ready for pick-up. AND THE BEST PART... I was only charged $5, to be donated to the humane society. I was so pleased i added to the donation. AND... they fixed other damage as well! I WILL BE BACK!

The people are always so very friendly and enjoy hearing about all our bird sighting. We often share picture of the birds we see at our feeder.

We asked for a recommendation for a different bird seed and we were educated on the best variety for the particular birds we were interested in attracting to our feeder.
