My experience in the store has more to do with the help I received than the product I purchased. I went in to get help with motherless wild baby birds. Your staff gave me the number of a wildlife sanctuary and because of that, the tiny babies are at the wildlife sanctuary safe and sound. My little pie birds, Sweetie Pie and Cutie Pie have a chance to grow up in a safe environment and get a chance to join the wild again.

The staff are always quick to greet me when I go into the store. They always point out any specials and ask if I am looking for anything in particular.

The Las Cruces WBU store was all the things we needed and more. The store hours online were accurate, the store was very tidy and nicely presented, there was more than adequate staff, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They had everything we needed and many things to come back for in future visits. Prices were reasonable, checkout was a breeze!

Inventory was low on window decals. No hummingbirds and only 1 package of quail.

WBU is the only place I love to shop. Everything about your store, from the staff to the monthly notice board is delightful. I appreciate the staff's knowledge and helpfulness every time I visit.

Plenty of items to look at in the store. Store is very well stock. Staff is great and very helpful. I'm always shopping there at least three times a week.

Ordering online was very easy, the website easy to maneuver and search. My order was filled promptly and placed in shipping the morning after I ordered. I received my order two days after placing the order. It was packed well with no damage to the contents.
