I always have a good experience. I shop at Wild Birds Unlimited every 2 weeks for food for the outdoor birds. I'm always shown new merchandise when it comes in.

Had exactly what I came for. The person who greeted me (Nancy) was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She made some excellent suggestions. It was more like shopping with a friend rather than a sales person.

Have not been this store in a while and we were still in the computer. Liked the visit from Sarah the puppy. Item we were looking for was available and bought couple. may return for bird bath as ours needs replacing.

The staff member (sorry, I don't remember her name) greeted me warmly and was eager to assist me. Since I was after a specific item (NM No Mess bird seed), we did not have an extended discussion. Note: New fledglings REALLY like not having to deal with a shell when eating the No Mess seeds.
