Friendly welcome at the door. A nice employee showed me where bags of suit balls could be found. I was in and out. I usually like to look at their nice merchandise for a while, but I had an appointment to get to.

The store is always welcoming. People are knowledgeable and friendly. They always have good coffee, which is nice, as I usually go to WBI last, before i head home, which is a two hour drive away.
