We are new to the area and Barb was so helpful in getting us set up with everything we needed. She spent a lot of time with us and was super knowledgeable and passionate about her work. Excellent customer service. We were so happy, we returned 3 days later to add to our set up!

The workers were very friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is the price of the goods. The store was orderly and the workers were attentive. I can't complain about the help only the prices. Even then considering the quality it is a fair price. I wish it was slightly cheaper to better feed more birds.

It's amazing the wide variety of of products they have for every area in my backyard to attract all kind of birds from food, birds bath, nesting, etc., and above all that, the wonderful friendly staff that they greeting you when coming in to this beautiful paradise store. Thank you Barbara for your help.

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Some of the staff know my name and remember me when I come into the store. All staff members are very knowledgeable about my needs and can answer my questions regarding product and the birds that frequent my backyard.

Barb made a recommendation about use of Nyjer I have been buying but never heard before. I put the old seed on the ground and put new seed in the feeders. Wow now I am getting the little birds again. Thanks Barb.
