The staff was friendly. The store was very clean and organized. The merchandise I was looking for was available at a good price. The store clerk carried my purchases to the car for me!

They know my needs for where I live. They keep records so if I forget what seed I bought for the feeders, they can tell me. They are always courteous and helpful. I have been using this store for over 20 years and they have excellent help there. They are personal in their greetings to me. It is so nice. Good folks run this store.

WBU provides lots of useful information and a variety of items (food, feeders, etc.) for purchase. I enjoy visiting WBU stores when I'm in an area where they are located. Otherwise, ordering online is a breeze.

The staff, the quality of the bird feed, the attractiveness of the store, and the special events you host are all reasons for my satisfaction. In addition, it is a great place to shop for gifts for any occasion. I especially like the cards section.

The staff is terrific and they take my purchases to my car.
