Have been shopping at this store since it opened. Everyone is friendly and always knowledgeable of the what is available. They are always mentioning any new items that we hadn't seen since our last purchase. Insistent that they will help us with taking the products we purchased to the car even in the honest weather. Their welcome smiles and hello always makes us feel welcome.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. I usually order online for delivery to my home because I live about 60 miles away. I enjoy shopping in person though because I get to see all the beautiful items that are otherwise not available when I shop online. I loved their additional decorative merchandise. I especially liked their anniversary celebration scratch off discount ticket.

The staff did an excellent job in upselling! I went in with a list, so I would be focused and not forget anything. The staff did their work by actually upselling me an item not on my list, yet would be more beneficial. The item was not necessarily higher-priced. It was a better item than my original pick. Good job to owners Kristi and Wes (aka Wayne) and Nancy (a priceless treasure). I will shop there again. Thanks.

Always highly satisfied with the whole experience. I do miss visiting the store and the wonderful staff. But the delivery process is the next best thing.
