The staff is able to locate my account and fill the order efficiently, striving to get product to me in a timely manner. This requires them to pack a box and ship it from Las Cruces to El Paso. Usually I receive the order within 24 hours or less. My birds are grateful.

Customer service is always a high priority will all staff working at the Las Cruces WNU. While expensive, the quality of products is excellent and if for some reason something is not right, the staff will go out of their way to make things right.
