the staff is always very friendly and they even remember your name! The merchandise is always of a high quality.

I have, truly, never walked away from my store without a smile on my face and the wish everyone would be so friendly and helpful! They know the products the carry and will offer advice on some other source, if they (or WBU, in general) don't carry exactly what I'm looking for. Lastly, the only reason I said I wasn't sure if I'd recommend my local store to others, was I rarely see anyone with my proclivity for outdoor / wildlife -oriented activities, and - of course - coronavirus. I rarely leave my home (the birds are company enough for me!), except to go to my WBU store. (OK, there may be a couple other places; but not many!) Cherish my local WBU store.
