Wild Birds Unlimited

I usually go in person to purchase my bird food because I love visiting with everyone there. They are all so helpful and friendly and I've known them for years. We have gone through a lot of good and bad times together. This time I ordered a delivery order because I've hurt my back. They told me that I would get my order at a certain time on Thursday but it actually arrived before the time I had been quoted. I will definitely continue to get my birdies their food from my Wild Birds Unlimited but I hope it's in person again. I miss being able to hug my friends but we can at least elbow bump.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, quality products and gifts you cannot find anywhere else. I enjoy going to the store that celebrates my hobby and love of wildlife.

They are always friendly and helpful. The store is always tidy and well-stocked. We were also able to tlk about some new visitors to my birdfeeder, beautiful immature black-headed grosbeaks.

Caring and attention to detail is the motto of this WBU store! I had forgotten a receipt from over a year ago and they had the receipt in an envelope with my name on it waiting for this next purchase. Amazing care and attention to details!

The staff work very hard to make a shopping experience feel like a local visit to a friend’s place. They are very knowledgeable about their store’s products and are always up for conversations abt their customers settings. This “renew my membership” visit made me feel so cared for and missed from my “family”. I spent more than I intended & didn’t feel like I was played.

This store is a one stop shop for my favorite summer time hobby. I am always happy with purchases from this store. The quality is such that what I do buy - especially the hardware for the stand - stands the test of time.

Greeted as I entered the store. They showed me alternative products. They told me about a special that I was intrigued with and ended up buying. Very friendly. They answered my questions.

The store has a wide variety of merchandise applicable to my needs. The staff greeted me upon entrance, and were very helpful and knowledgeable in the products for sale. Checkout was simple and quick and I love the WBU paper bag!!
